We will be touring Covidien in North Haven where they manufacturer their world class medical staplers.

Upon arrival you will be asked to sign a NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement).

In order for this document to be properly prepared and ready when you arrive you need to reply to the email below with your name and address.

The first 40 golfers returning this form and payment on or before July 22nd, 2012 will be given full registration acknowledgement. Golf course requires “soft spikes” and a collared shirt. Starter will be checking each golfer. Avoid out of pocket expenses on these necessary items.
